Ms. Aida Osmani currently serves as a US federal government civilian employee for DLA Europe and Africa.

Her Department of Defense experience includes serving an Operational Contract Support Planner at CENTCOM and AFRICOM, Senior Procurement Analyst and Acting OCS Branch Chief at USAFRICOM, Contracting Officer at PEO STRI, Senior Contracting Specialist at 409th CSB and ACC-Orlando, Contracting officer at ACC-Qatar, and Administrative Contracting Officer at 401st AFSB Afghanistan.

Ms. Osmani’s academic credentials include a bachelor of arts in Management Studies from the University of Maryland (2004) and master’s certificate in Government Contracting, Villanova University (2010).  She is also a Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM), DAWIA Level III certified in Contracting and has completed numerous courses in military operations planning and execution.

Her military awards include Meritorious Civilian Service Award, Humanitarian Service Award, Joint Civilian Service Commendation Award, Superior Civilian Service Medal, Commander’s Award for Civilian Service, Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom Medal.

Ms. Osmani previously served as an active duty Soldier in the United States Army as an Administrative Assistant and Translator of German language. (1999-2004).  She was deployed in support of Operations Iraqi and Enduring Freedom.

Ms. Osmani is a native of Brcko, Bosnia.
