Erna Šošević je poduzetnica, mentorica i jedna od žena koje aktivno rade na povezivanju i jačanju poduzetničkog ekosistema u Bosni i Hercegovini. Osnivačica je i direktorica Bizbooka, prve digitalne B2B platforme u BiH, kroz koju već godinama radi na umrežavanju kompanija, razmjeni znanja i stvaranju novih poslovnih prilika za mikro i male biznise. Kao predsjednica Upravnog odbora Fondacije 787, članica Savjetodavnog odbora za žensko poduzetništvo pri UN Women BiH i mentorica u brojnim programima podrške poduzetništvu, posebno je posvećena ekonomskom osnaživanju žena i izgradnji zajednice zasnovane na saradnji, a ne konkurenciji. Erna je i osnivačica ORBIZ konferencije, regionalne platforme koja od 2022. godine okuplja poduzetnike, lidere i inovatore iz cijele Jugoistočne Evrope s ciljem povezivanja, razmjene iskustava i razgovora o budućnosti biznisa. Godine 2025. bila je učesnica prestižnog International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) programa američkog State Departmenta, gdje je kroz susrete sa poduzetnicama, organizacijama i liderima iz SAD-a istraživala modele women-to-women podrške, mentorstva i razvoja poslovnih zajednica. Upravo ta iskustva danas nastoji prenositi u lokalni kontekst, vjerujući da male, svakodnevne akcije podrške među ženama mogu imati veliki uticaj na razvoj poduzetništva u Bosni i Hercegovini.

Erna Šošević is an entrepreneur, mentor, and one of the women actively working on strengthening and connecting the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Bosnia and Herzegovina. She is the founder and CEO of Bizbook, the first digital B2B platform in Bosnia and Herzegovina, through which she has spent years connecting companies, encouraging knowledge exchange, and creating new business opportunities for micro and small businesses. As Chairwoman of the Board of Foundation 787, a member of the Advisory Board for Women’s Entrepreneurship at UN Women Bosnia and Herzegovina, and a mentor in numerous entrepreneurship support programs, she is particularly dedicated to the economic empowerment of women and building a community based on collaboration rather than competition. Erna is also the founder of the ORBIZ Conference, a regional platform that has, since 2022, brought together entrepreneurs, leaders, and innovators from across Southeast Europe with the goal of networking, sharing experiences, and discussing the future of business. In 2025, she participated in the prestigious International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) of the U.S. Department of State, where, through meetings with entrepreneurs, organizations, and leaders across the United States, she explored models of women-to-women support, mentorship, and business community development. Today, she strives to bring those experiences into the local context, believing that small, everyday acts of support among women can have a significant impact on the development of entrepreneurship in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
