Magdalena Matić je diplomirana inženjerka elektrotehnike koja već više od tri decenije uspješno spaja tehnološke inovacije s poduzetništvom. Zajedno sa suprugom vodi Ingemark, kompaniju s tradicijom dužom od 30 godina i globalnim renomeom na tržištima SAD-a i Bliskog istoka. Izvrsnost njihovog rada potvrđena je brojnim priznanjima, uključujući prestižnu nagradu Zlatna kuna, Zlatnu plaketu Grada Zagreba te uvrštenje među 99 najuspješnijih kompanija u Hrvatskoj. Pored Ingemarka, Magdalena iza sebe ima i iskustvo u razvoju nekoliko tehnoloških startupa. Ipak, svojim najvećim postignućem i najodgovornijim životnim poduhvatom smatra odgoj trojice danas odraslih sinova. Magdalena Matić is an electrical engineering graduate who has successfully combined technological innovation with entrepreneurship for more than three decades. Together with her husband, she leads Ingemark, a company with a tradition spanning over 30 years and a strong global reputation in the markets of the United States and the Middle East. The excellence of their work has been recognized through numerous awards, including the prestigious Zlatna kuna award, the Golden Plaque of the City of Zagreb, and recognition among the 99 most successful companies in Croatia. In addition to Ingemark, Magdalena has also been involved in the development of several technology startups. However, she considers raising her three now-grown sons to be her greatest achievement and most responsible life endeavor. She is a strong advocate of “scaling values” — a philosophy that believes business ambition gains its true meaning only when aligned with integrity and strong family foundations.
