Aleksandra Popović Petković
Aleksandra je osnivačica Fabrika fotografa i glavna predavačica na kursevima fotografije, sa zvanjem docentice fotografije. Do 2020. godine predavala je i na Novoj Akademiji Umetnosti. Fotografijom se aktivno bavi od 2000. godine, a diplomirala je umjetničku fotografiju na Akademiji umjetnosti BK u klasi profesora Milana Aleksića. Kasnije je završila i specijalističke studije iz menadžmenta kulture i umjetnosti na Fakultetu organizacionih nauka u Beogradu. Tokom karijere ostvarila je brojne samostalne i grupne izložbe te razvijala svoj autorski izraz kroz različite oblasti fotografije — od modne i korporativne fotografije do dokumentovanja društvenih fenomena. Prije osnivanja Fabrike fotografa radila je kao foto-reporterka magazina Blic Puls, direktorica fotografije u Studiju Aurora i urednica modne fotografije magazina Glorija. Fabriku fotografa osnovala je 2013. godine sa željom da učenje fotografije približi svima i podigne kvalitet fotografskog izraza u vremenu hiperprodukcije sadržaja. Kroz godine je razvijala jedinstvenu metodologiju rada uz podršku psihologa, sociologa i edukatora, a danas je posebno posvećena mentorskom radu i edukaciji budućih predavača. Iza nje je više od 100 realizovanih izložbi sa polaznicima Fabrike fotografa, a njen pristup zasniva se na razvijanju autentičnosti i individualnog kreativnog izraza svakog pojedinca.
Aleksandra is the founder of Fabrika fotografa and the lead lecturer in photography courses, holding the academic title of Assistant Professor of Photography. Until 2020, she also taught at the New Academy of Arts. She has been professionally involved in photography since 2000 and graduated in artistic photography from the BK Academy of Arts under Professor Milan Aleksić. She later completed specialist studies in Cultural and Arts Management at the Faculty of Organisational Sciences in Belgrade. Throughout her career, she has held numerous solo and group exhibitions while developing her artistic expression across various fields of photography — from fashion and corporate photography to documenting social phenomena. Before founding Fabrika fotografa, she worked as a photojournalist for Blic Puls magazine, Director of Photography at Studio Aurora, and Fashion Photography Editor for Gloria magazine. She founded Fabrika fotografa in 2013 with the vision of making photography education accessible to everyone and raising the quality of photographic expression in the era of content hyperproduction. Over the years, she has developed a unique teaching methodology with the support of psychologists, sociologists, and educators, and today she is especially dedicated to mentoring and training future lecturers. She has organised more than 100 exhibitions together with Fabrika fotografa students, while her educational philosophy is based on encouraging authenticity and helping each individual develop their own creative voice and visual identity.
