Dalila Odobašić je HR profesionalka sa višegodišnjim iskustvom u strateškom upravljanju ljudskim resursima, razvoju organizacija i razvoju zaposlenika. Trenutno obavlja funkciju regionalne menadžerice ljudskih resursa u ASBIS Adriatic, gdje je fokusirana na kreiranje i implementaciju HR strategija koje podržavaju poslovni rast i razvoj ljudi. Svoju karijeru u ljudskim resursima gradila je prvenstveno u FMCG industriji, radeći kao HR menadžerica u kompaniji Sarajevski Kiseljak, a zatim kao HR Business Partner u Coca-Cola HBC. Po struci psihologinja, dodatno je certificirana u oblasti executive coachinga te djeluje kao coach u razvoju liderstva i ličnog potencijala. Poseban interes ima za rad s ljudima kroz coaching procese, komunikaciju i transformaciju profesionalnog razvoja. Pored profesionalnog angažmana u HR-u, bavi se i amaterskom glumom te pisanjem, kroz koje njeguje svoju kreativnu stranu i izražajnost, povezujući autentičnost, prisutnost i emocionalnu inteligenciju.
Dalila Odobašić is an HR professional with extensive experience in strategic human resource management, organisational development, and employee growth. She currently serves as Regional Human Resources Manager at ASBIS Adriatic, where she focuses on creating and implementing HR strategies that support business growth and people development. She built most of her career in the FMCG industry, working first as HR Manager at Sarajevski Kiseljak and later as HR Business Partner at Coca-Cola HBC. A psychologist by profession, she is also certified in executive coaching and works as a coach in leadership and personal potential development. Her particular interests lie in working with people through coaching processes, communication, and professional transformation. Alongside her HR career, she is also involved in amateur acting and writing, nurturing her creative side and expressive approach, while connecting authenticity, presence, and emotional intelligence both on stage and in her work with people.
