Dijana Tepšić je diplomirana komunikologinja, magistrica rodnih studija, preduzetnica, konsultantkinja i mentorica za komunikacije, medije, PR i digitalni marketing. Osnivačica je i kreativna direktorica kreativne agencije Play Team, urednica online lifestyle magazina Ultra.ba te kreatorica digitalnog sadržaja i influenserica na društvenim mrežama. Pet godina bila je autorica i TV voditeljica regionalno prepoznate emisije „RECreativno sa Dijanom Tepšić“. Svoju karijeru započela je sa 16 godina kao radijska voditeljica, radio DJ i urednica radijskih emisija. Ima dugogodišnje iskustvo rada u medijima, kao i desetogodišnje iskustvo u javnoj upravi u oblastima odnosa s javnošću, rodne ravnopravnosti i ljudskih prava. Danas djeluje kao edukatorica, mentorica, moderatorica različitih događaja i predavačica na konferencijama, seminarima, webinarima i edukacijama, a prepoznatljiva je i kao voice over za reklame te audio i video sadržaje.

She is an entrepreneur, consultant, and mentor specialising in communications, media, PR, and digital marketing. She is the founder and creative director of the creative agency Play Team, editor of the online lifestyle magazine Ultra.ba, digital content creator, and social media influencer. For five years, she was the author and TV host of the regionally recognised television show “RECreativno sa Dijanom Tepšić.” She began her career at the age of sixteen as a radio host, radio DJ, and editor of radio programmes. With many years of experience in media and a decade of work in public administration in the fields of public relations, gender equality, and human rights, she has built a diverse professional path. Today, she works as an educator, mentor, moderator of various events, and lecturer at conferences, seminars, webinars, and trainings, while also being recognised as a professional voice-over artist for commercials and audio-visual content.
