Edina Hadžić diplomirala je 2009. godine na Akademiji likovnih umjetnosti u Sarajevu, smjer Product Design. Nakon završetka studija radila je u različitim kompanijama u tekstilnoj i drvnoj industriji, napredujući do pozicije Product Design Managera u Prevent Groupu, gdje je vodila kompletan proces razvoja proizvoda — od koncepta do serijske proizvodnje za međunarodne brendove. Godine 2020. zajedno sa Sabinom Muratagić Daul osnovala je Sugar on Top d.o.o. — kompaniju koja nudi sveobuhvatne usluge dizajna, razvoja i brendiranja proizvoda, s posebnim fokusom na cirkularne i etičke prakse. U okviru kompanije razvila je brendove Orangetree i Stribor, koji cirkularne principe primjenjuju kroz svakodnevnu praksu — od odabira materijala i maloserijalne proizvodnje do minimiziranja otpada kroz cijeli životni ciklus proizvoda. Edina je finalistkinja ETF Green Skills Awarda 2026, dobitnica nagrade Western Balkans Women Entrepreneurs of the Year (Regionalni savjet za saradnju), nagrade Women in Adria za poduzetnice 2024, te pobjednica projekta Challenge to Change (SIDA/Ambasada Švedske). Učesnica je NEB Fashion Adaptor programa (EIT Culture & Creativity / New European Bauhaus) i finalistkinja WE.Circular Innovation Contesta (Interreg Danube Programme). Potpisnica je UN Women WEPs principa i članica UN SDG Fashion & Lifestyle Networka.
Edina Hadžić graduated in 2009 from the Academy of Fine Arts in Sarajevo, Department of Product Design. After completing her studies, she worked in various companies within the textile and wood industries, advancing to the position of Product Design Manager at Prevent Group, where she led the entire product development process — from concept to mass production for international brands. In 2020, together with Sabina Muratagić Daul, she co-founded Sugar on Top d.o.o., a company offering comprehensive product design, development, and branding services, with a special focus on circular and ethical practices. Within the company, she developed the brands Orangetree and Stribor, which apply circular principles through everyday practice — from material selection and small-scale production to minimizing waste throughout the entire product life cycle. Edina is a finalist of the ETF Green Skills Award 2026, recipient of the Western Balkans Women Entrepreneurs of the Year award (Regional Cooperation Council), the Women in Adria Entrepreneurs Award 2024, and winner of the Challenge to Change project (SIDA/Embassy of Sweden). She is also a participant in the NEB Fashion Adaptor programme (EIT Culture & Creativity / New European Bauhaus) and a finalist of the WE. Circular Innovation Contest (Interreg Danube Programme). She is a signatory of the UN Women WEPs principles and a member of the UN SDG Fashion & Lifestyle Network.
